So I have been wrestling with these thoughts lately. It has been when I wake up or am driving in my car. It is that “raw” feeling you get when totally exposed. You sense everything is stripped away and all you can say is, “Jesus I trust you.” Have you ever been there?
In Hebrews 12:12-13 it says, “Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather healed.”
This is where I stand, trusting Jesus. He endured the cross and despised the shame. I stand in awe that Jesus would shed His blood, knowing He was going to die for you and me. We pray for healing Jesus through you.
Life’s circumstances may have you in a place where you wonder, “Where are you God?” I encourage you to look at the cross and what Jesus did.
In Luke 22:42 Jesus said, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” Jesus is familiar with what we go through and experienced that before he died on the cross.
