God wants you to be dependent on Him alone above everything else. Do you trust more in other things in your life like your job, money or a spouse? The Lord wants more than anything for you to rely on Him and to draw your strength from your relationship with Him. He will allow difficulties in your life to help you realize that He is the only One who you can depend on in this life. He wants you to be whole in Him! When we are stripped of things in our life that may have taken the place of God being number one in our life, it is for the best. He wants you to rely only on Him for your security in uncertain times.
This pandemic certainly has had us in uncertain times and wondering what the future holds for us. The Lord has His hand on you if you trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. The Lord is always waiting for us to turn to Him in any time of need. He cares for each of us. God can take any weakness we have and He can turn it into strength and hope. The Lord can use us in other people’s lives as we share what difficulties He has brought us through.
